WHAT HE CAN DO FOR YOU
- Direct and provide leadership for Benefits design, delivery, & vendor management.
- Oversee the design and administration of all benefits programs to assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of the Company’s benefits programs.
- Jeff will provide leadership for vendor management, including contract negotiation, competitive bid analysis, contract performance monitoring, vendor inquiries, & problem resolution. He will ensure the Company offers a compelling benefits package, producing the best results at the lowest cost for your employees. This will include ensuring that voluntary/worksite products have best-in-class features and benefits for your employees and are more affordable.
- Direct vendor performance tracking & contract performance reviews to ensure vendors are adhering to contractual agreements, & are providing services that meet Company guidelines & expectations.
- Provide subject-matter-expertise input on developing communication campaigns regarding benefits to ensure accurate, timely, and compelling messaging.
- Develop and evaluate measurements and metrics established to gauge the effectiveness of Benefits programs.
